Less than 10 weeks out from the wedding and Donna finds herself stilll looking for a hair and Make Up artist all because Mr Eddie Bruan cannot check his calendar or perhaps a more attractive offer became available on our wedding date.
The so called professional in the industry was quite happy to take our 50% deposit to secure him on a given date but it took him a month to get back to us to say that he wasn’t going to be available. Instead he offered his assistant at a lesser rate. In any type of business this is totally unacceptable and show total disregard for a client.
I suggest that you seek your hair & make up services elsewhere. I’m sure there are plenty of far more HMU artists out there that won’t screw you over.

That’s correct Mr Bruan, you don’t know who I am or my wife because we didn’t use your services.
You claim that none of which are written on my blog post are true so then why would I bother posting it if it didn’t happen?
As far as I’m concerned I’m entitled to my opinion and I was not satisfied with your service therefore it’ is my right to document it.
We have a scanned deposit slip which was organised by Getting Married to your account, so Mr Bruan, you did in fact take the deposit and when you realised that you had double booked you tried to palm us off to your assistant albeit for a lower fee.
I’m not trying to tarnish your good name, I’m simply expressing my dissapointment with the way you handled our situation which again, I have every right to do.
it is water under the bridge for me and I no longer hold any grudges towards you and your business, our wedding in May was a success.
