Just a few notes :

# following the lab guide BoerLowie Ultimate Vsphere Lab I ran into an issue similar to a couple of users who have posted in the comment section. When creating a SQAdmin account in Active Directory I couldn’t add this user to the local administrators group. Instead it will pop up and error and say that it’s already a member of the group. The cause is found to be within the sysprep step where the Generelize box was not ticked before cloning the VM. Now I have to go home and start again. 🙁
It’s all part of the process I guess.
